Our Services
We provide free services and support that equip communities across east London to manage their health, improve wellbeing, and make positive decisions for themselves, their families and communities.

Good Moves is a social and holistic eight-week course designed to improve the health and wellbeing of residents in Tower Hamlets with the following long-term health conditions: diabetes, kidney diseases, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
Men’s mental health support - we run a weekly, drop-in social and exercise group to support men’s mental health and wellbeing.

We know that one of the most beneficial aspects of our work is bringing people together in comfortable and culturally accessible spaces, to learn from and support each other, have fun and be part of something positive.
Our Good Friends programme currently includes a circus skills group on the Isle of Dogs, walking groups for women, plus specific exercise and social groups for men and women. Visit the Good Friends page or call or text 07944966141 to find out specific details.
We also run a weekly social group for mums to make friends and share their ups and downs in a non-judgemental and friendly space.
Plus we host a weekly social exercise club for men to get active and make friends in the community.

We are growing and developing our work in relation to the health and wellbeing of young people.
In the summer of 2022, we launched a work experience programme for young people, and worked with them to ascertain their health priorities and goals.

We have a long history of supporting women in pregnancy and early parenthood.
Sure STEPS offers one-to-one and group support in Tower Hamlets for pregnant women, and parents of children aged under 5. This includes our weekly group where women can make friends and share their ups and downs in a non-judgemental and friendly space.

We run a walking group which encourages Bangladeshi women to exercise and improve their conversational English. For more information see our Good Friends page or call or text 07944966141
We provide financial information support and guidance in our weekly Sure STEPS hub, including applying for benefits, reading letters, providing digital access. We can also help access baby clothes and goods through our baby bank partnerships.
We are also run financial workshops in Bengali and English including budgeting, income maximisation and getting out of debt. Get in touch for further information.

Good research should leave communities stronger, more empowered, and with the information they need to address inequalities.
We carry out our own research to improve our services and work with a range of organisations, such as universities, local authorities, NHS trusts and other partners.
