I am passionate about social change and strongly believe that people who experience challenges and issues are often best placed to solve them – all of which fits very well with Social Action for Health’s community development approach. I currently work as Head of Research & Design at Unltd. I think that research is at its best when it is applied to create change and inform practice. I drive a culture of learning and innovation at UnLtd and lead all monitoring, evaluation, research and impact work. In 2009-2014, I was Head of Research at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, a non-departmental public body in Great Britain that aims to build a fairer Britain through challenging discrimination, protecting and promoting human rights and monitoring, enforcing and promoting equality.
