I have spent my career working in and for the NHS, firstly as a project officer for the NHS London Sexual Health Programme, and then as a management consultant for the healthcare advisory team in a large accountancy firm. My current role is Development Adviser at NHS Improvement, an arms-length government body, where I have worked on developing NHS strategy at an organisational, local, and national level. I have become Chair of the Trustees for Social Action for Health because I can see how this organisation makes a real and tangible difference to people’s lives. I am excited about the potential the organisation has to improve the health and wellbeing of so many communities.
