We have a small but passionate team of staff, many who started with Social Action for Health as volunteers from the community. It is important to us that we reflect the diversity in the communities where we work – this gives us a better start point for understanding and the ability to connect and communicate.
We also have networks of local people, who have developed their skills with us, that add to our ability to work in a variety mother tongues as well as specifically appropriate ways for each community.
