As an Online Centres Network member we are committed to: - Offer internet access and support to staff, sessional worker, volunteers and the community we serve. We hope to support those that are in need of digital support and meet our Quality Promise to provide a friendly welcome, guidance on how to find and use Public Services and accessing advice on what to do next.

We hope to help at least three people to get online each month using either Learn My Way or if you don't use Learn My Way we would ask you to log the learning done by your learners via our Learner Management Tool Capture IT or complete the short Basic Digital Skills Survey to let us know how many people you have supported. It is very important that we have an indication of the digital inclusion activity being undertaken by those that access our organisation through our network which can then feed this back into national funders and government departments.
