Patient Online Project

Patient Online Project

Do you struggle to get an appointment with your GP? Did you know that you could order repeat prescriptions online? Would you like to access you medical records 24 hours a day, seven days a week?

Right now less than 15% of patients in Hackney are registered to Patient Online Services.

We believe that those patients who would most benefit from accessing services online are often those who are currently unable to. If you have struggled in the past with getting online or would like to register for Patient Online Services we want hear from you!

Throughout September and October Social Action for Health are facilitating a series of workshops that will give you the skills to register to Patient Online Services. By the end of the session you will be registered. In addition we will be supporting GP practice and offering wider support to the community by delivering information stall in venues across the borough.

Join our campaign as a patient or a tech champion. We want everyone who lives or works in the borough to support us and together we will bridge the digital divide.
