This week while completing our outreach and promotion of the project we spoke to Cynthia a Hackney resident based in Homerton area to find out more about his experiences registering and using the Patient Online Services.

"I registered with the GP online services and used it frequently to book appointments to see my GP. Unfortunately after using online services I was notified that I was unable to access any further appointments as I have come to my limit at my surgery.

I contacted my surgery and they informed my they would rectify the issue, it has been months know and I am still unable to use the online service. It is extremely frustrating because it made using my surgery so much more easier." Cynthia (Name changed on the request of Hackney resident)
